FAQ
When will my order ship? I want it now!
First of all, thank you for shopping with us! We are thrilled you chose to support Blue Pine. We will work as fast as possible to get your items to you. We want you to have your items now too!
For items in stock, they will ship within 3-5 business days of placing the order.
For items that are special order or need to be handmade, it may take up to 2-4 weeks to fulfill.
Please keep in mind we are a two person handmade shop. Thank you!
How do you determine shipping charges?
The shipping charges you see are the current rates that UPS offers. We do not charge additional handling fees, and we make no profit from shipping.
If you are in the area and would like to come pick up the product to save on shipping, please enter "LOCAL" at checkout to omit shipping charges.
Where do you ship your products?
Currently we only ship to the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please let us know! If there’s a growing interest, we’ll look into expanding our market. Reach out to us using the “Contact Us” page or email at hello@bluepineshop.com to let us know where you’d like to see us ship products.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Thanks for shopping at Blue Pine! We love that you support us and the handmade products we build. We believe you will be ecstatic with the products you purchase from Blue Pine as each item is crafted with the utmost care. Since all our physical products are handmade, some made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Additional non-returnable items include, but not limited to: gift cards, and downloadable software products. We understand however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to reach out to us via the Contact page on our website, or email us at hello@bluepineshop.com.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the United States! Our lumber is sourced from a local warehouse and we’re located in California.
How are you eco-friendly?
Our shop is powered with a solar array that DJ built himself! That means the tools and equipment used to make our products have zero emissions. On top of that, we recycle our scrap wood and turn them into other products.
