How do I place a custom order?
We are delighted to collaborate with you on your personalized order inquiry. Please reach out to us on the Contact Us page, email at hello@bluepineshop.com, or DM us on Instagram (@bluepineshop) with your inquiry including the following:
- Description of project you have in mind (i.e. size, color, etc.)
- Quantity
- Timeframe
When will my order ship?
First of all, thank you for shopping with us! We are thrilled you chose to support Blue Pine Shop. We will work as fast as humanly possibly to get your items to you.
For items in stock, they will ship within 3-5 business days of placing the order.
For items that are custom requests, it may take up to 2-4 weeks to fulfill.
Please keep in mind we are a two person, family owned shop. Thank you!
How do you determine shipping charges?
The shipping charges you see are the current rates that tUPS offers. We do not charge additional handling fees, and we make no profit from shipping.
If you are in the area and would like to come pick up the product to save on shipping, please choose the local pickup option to omit shipping charges.
Where do you ship your products?
Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. If you're interested in international shipping, please let us know! If there's a growing interest, we'll look into expanding our market. reach out us using the Contact Us page or email hello@bluepineshop.com to let us know where you'd like to see us ship products.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Thanks for shopping at Blue Pine Shop! We love that you support us and the handmade products we build. We believe you will be ecstatic with the products you purchase as each item is crafted with the utmost care. Since our physical products are handmade, some made to order, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Additional non-returnable items include, but not limited to: gift cards and digital products. We understand however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to reach out to us via the Contact Us page on your website or email us at hello@bluepineshop.com.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the USA. Our lumber is sourced for a local lumberyard and we're located in Texas.
